IADC Therapy
Induced After-Death Communication
Therapy
IADC is a brief structured grief therapy developed by Allan Botkin, Psy.D. Originally derived from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, IADC incorporates bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements or tapping, to reduce the emotional pain of a client’s loss. After the distress and emotional pain lifts, clients are guided into a calm state where many clients experience a spontaneous, vivid sense of connection with their deceased loved one.
IADC Therapy is done in two 90 minute sessions on consecutive days. Screening will be completed during your consultation call to see if this type of therapy would be the best fit for you.
