Perinatal mental health covers the emotional and mental health experiences individuals and couples face when trying to conceive, during pregnancy, and after childbirth. This includes dealing with challenging thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations related to issues such as:

• infertility

• pregnancy loss

• miscarriage

• termination for medical reasons (TFMR)

• depression & anxiety during pregnancy

• postpartum depression and anxiety

• postpartum OCD

• postpartum psychosis

• perinatal bipolar disorder

• preterm births

• NICU stays

• birth trauma

We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Aetna, Cigna, and United Behavioral Health plans. We are not in-network with Medicaid, Medicare, or HMO insurance plans. To verify your insurance benefits, please complete the insurance verification form, and we’ll confirm within 48 business hours.

If you are not in-network with any of these insurances and are interested in paying out of pocket, we can provide a monthly “superbill” outlining services rendered, which you can submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and HSA and FSA cards for payment. 

The length of therapy will depend on your goals and the personalized plan developed with your therapist.
